Job Description

We are seeking a Project Administrator who has administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry. The Ideal candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, have a great attitude, function well working with a team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Education and/or experience within the construction management industry
  • Working knowledge & proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
  • Ability to work independently.

General Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the Project Team.
  • Track all labor hours and materials purchased to compile into the required reports for monthly invoicing.
  • Enter all payroll data into certified payroll format weekly
  • Management of subcontractors including management of all required documents per contract obligations.
  • Collect operations and maintenance manual data from subcontractors/vendors to compile for submission upon project completion.
  • Punch-list activity tracking and document control
  • Research documentation discrepancies/issues as needed and communicate issues with project managers.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
