We are is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing construction team. As an Assistant Project Manager,
you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This position offers an excellent

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
Proven experience in construction project management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.

General Responsibilities:

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets under the direction of the Project Manager
Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key milestones.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Assist in managing subcontractors, vendors, and other project resources.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Work closely with the project team to enforce quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
Monitor and address issues that may impact project timelines and budget.
Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction. – Promote a culture of safety among project team members and subcontractors.
Follows all company policies and procedures
